Ocean Air Heating & A/C was founded by Rick Barr in 1978 right here in our hometown of New Smyrna Beach. From day one, we’ve been a small, family-owned business that treats every neighbor with care. Rick graciously led Ocean Air for over 30 years, growing and shaping it into the trusted company it is today. In 2018, Rick’s nephew, John Kormash, proudly took over ownership to keep the business in the family. We’re incredibly grateful for our loyal, long-term customers and the many referrals that have helped us grow. Looking ahead, we’re excited to bring in new ideas and technology that make your home more comfortable and energy-efficient—while still keeping things cost-effective and focused on saving you money.

Together with his fiancée, Kendall, he’s raising their beautiful family in Edgewater and is truly grateful for your business and trust.
